Sub-processors
Last updated: June 7, 2026
Progress (operated by Devela Enterprises LLC) uses a limited set of third-party sub-processors to provide and operate our service. A sub-processor is a third party that processes customer data on our behalf. This page lists our current sub-processors and describes how we govern their use.

How we govern sub-processors
- We engage sub-processors only where needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
- We require our sub-processors to provide an adequate level of data protection and to handle data consistent with our commitments to customers.
- We do not use customer data to train large language models, and our AI sub-processors do not train their models on data submitted through their APIs under the terms governing our use.
- We limit the data shared with each sub-processor to what is necessary for the purpose described above.
Changes to this list
We may update our sub-processors as our service evolves. When we add or replace a sub-processor that processes customer data, we will update this page. Customers may request to be notified of changes by contacting us at the address below.
